Adam Thacher

Adam was recently confirmed into the Church at St. Leo the Great on Easter Vigil 2009. He is very happy to be part of this community at St. Leo’s in itself, and Oakland and the East Bay, as a whole. Adam currently lives and works in the city of Oakland. He was born in Flagstaff, Arizona, graduated high school in Atascadero, California , and graduated from St. Mary’s College, Moraga in 2001. In his 12 years so far in the East Bay, Adam has come to love the many facets that make it such a blessing to live here: access to beautiful parks in the hills, the coast, the Sierra Nevada , and the many different cities in the Bay Area. Likewise, even in his short time here at St. Leo’s, Adam recognizes the many facets and blessings of the Body of Christ in this Church community. He is looking forward to serving on the Parish Council and to meeting current and new parishioners.
